On April 12, at Hien Nam football field (Hung Yen city), the Youth Union of provincial agencies block organized the opening of the 10th annual football tournament in 2019.

This year, there were nearly 300 athletes of 19 men's and women's teams from the union units directly under the Youth Union of provincial agencies block participating the tournament.  14 men's teams are divided into 4 groups, playing round-robin.  5 women's teams compete in the round to choose the champion team.  Tournament in the form of small football pitch for 7 players.
Football tournament of the Youth Union of provincial agencies block is a healthy and useful playground for youth union members to meet, exchange and improve their health to fulfill their professional tasks at agencies, unit.

Right after the opening ceremony took place 1 women's and 4 exciting men's matches.
