Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister and responding to the call of the Central Committee of Vietnamese Fatherland Front, on March 19, the Committee of Vietnamese Fatherland Front of Hung Yen province, the Provincial People’s Committee, the Direction board of prevention and control of Covid-19 disease (Provincial Direction Board) mobilized people to support prevention and control of Covid-19 disease.

 
The ceremony saw the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee, Head of the Provincial Direction Board; Mrs. Pham Thi Tuyen, member of Provincial Standing Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization, Chairman of Vietnamese Fatherland Front of Hung Yen province; Colonel Nguyen Chi Cong, member of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Chief of the Provincial Military Command and Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Deputy head of Provincial Direction Board. 

At the ceremony, chairman of Vietnamese Fatherland Front of Hung Yen province Pham Thi Tuyen reported the Plan of the standing board of Vietnamese Fatherland Front of Hung Yen province on mobilization of donation to protection and control of Covid- 19 disease.

Accordingly, participants subjected to donation are civil servants, soldiers, public employees and employees in military units, enterprises and economic organizations and people inside and outside the province.

Form of donation:  Agencies, organizations and individuals can donate food, groceries and supplies to people living in quarantine zones; donate means of protection and control disease such as  protection clothes, face masks, sanitizers to medical staff and people directly join the protection and control of disease. Time of mobilization: from March 18, 2020 to April 30, 2020. 3 đến ngày 30.   2020

With the determination of implementing the direction of the Prime Minister effectively, which is to effectively fight against epidemics to protect people's health and to overcome difficulties to accomplish objectives and tasks of socio-economic development, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong wished that besides strong determination in leadership and the participation of the whole political system,  organizations, agencies and individuals should join hands and contribute strengths.

 
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee thanked the unanimity of people on  policies of the province in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 disease, as well as the financial resources, tools and supplies to well carry out the prevention and control of Covid-19 disease in the past time. 

At the launching ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phong mobilized the entire population to participate in supporting the prevention and control of Covid-19 disease.  The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the active participation of the whole political system in disease prevention and control.  At the same time, he called on agencies, organizations, individuals and every citizen to donate money, utensils, food, groceries to create more resources to help the province push back Covid-19 pandemic, ensuring the safety of the people. 

At the launching ceremony, there were 12 agencies and businesses making the donation of over VND 1.1 billion, 130 thousand face masks and 1,000 bottles of sanitizer.  The delegates made the donation right at the launching ceremony.
