Hung Yen province has announced the list of essential goods and services allowed to open during the social isolation.

The Department of Industry and Trade issued the Official Letter No. 505/SCT-QLTM dated March 3, 2020 on announcing the list of essential goods and services allowed to open during the social isolation.


 
Accordingly, the list of essential goods and services continued to be traded during the social isolation includes:  General supermarket (except for on site entertainment and dining); trade centers (including the aforementioned general supermarkets, hospitals), traditional markets (including stalls selling  food, vegetables, flowers, fruits, dried food); convenience stores, mini supermarkets (except for on-site dining), grocery stores, fruit stores; tourism accommodation establishments; agricultural product chains, medicine; health care services; postal and banking services; electronic payment, television and telecommunications services; guard services; gasoline, oil, gas, fuel; funeral services, cemeteries, cremation, detoxification facilities, social protection facilities.


 
Establishments producing and trading essential goods such as:  Production, preliminary processing, and processing of food, foodstuffs, fruits, pharmaceuticals, medicines, medical equipment and materials serving epidemic prevention and control, security and defense; electricity and water supply, environmental sanitation services, cattle, poultry and aquaculture farms, clean water supply plants; garment factories producing medical face masks and antibacterial cloth face masks; factories producing bottled water and juice.  Factories are filling orders under the contracts signed before April 15, 2020.

 

Those who participate in above-mentioned types of activities are required to wear face masks and keep a minimum distance of 2 meters apart from each other and implement disinfectant measures according to instructions.
