On August 9, at the headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee, the Steering Committee on celebrating the 190th anniversary of foundation of the province (1831 - 2021), the 80th anniversary of the foundation of the Provincial Party Committee (July 7, 1941 - July 21, 2021) and the 25th anniversary of the re-establishment of Hung Yen province (January 1, 1997 - January 1, 2022) (Hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Commemorative Steering Committee) held a conference to assign tasks to members of the Provincial Commemorative Steering Committee and agree on commemorative contents and activities.  The conference saw the attendance of: Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Commemorative Steering Committee; Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; members in the Provincial Party Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Provincial Commemorative Steering Committee and the Provincial Commemorative Organizing Committee…

According to the plan of the Provincial Commemorative Organizing Committee, the celebration on the 190th anniversary of foundation of the province, the 80th anniversary of the foundation of the Provincial Party Committee and the 25th anniversary of the provincial re-establishment is expected to take place in November 2021. 

Towards the celebration, the province shall organize many propaganda and educational activities on historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions; arouse pride and love for the homeland of Hung Yen; cheer and encourage cadres, Party members, the various sections of the people and businesses community in the province to promote tradition, emulate in production, working, studying, and contribute to the accomplishment of the socio-economic development goals, maintain national defense and security, build Hung Yen province more and more civilized, prosperous and beautiful. Specifically, Hung Yen is expected to organize and launch emulation movements associated with studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; activities "When drinking water remember its source", "return moral favors and reciprocate goodness"; contest to learn about Hung Yen homeland with the theme "Hung Yen tradition and development"; the contest "Composing songs about Hung Yen"; scientific seminars on the way of striving, construction and development of the province; exchange activities, cultural performances, arts, physical training, sports ...

Up to this point, the province has organized a contest to learn about Hung Yen homeland with the theme "Hung Yen tradition and development"; organize the research, compilation and publication of the book "Red Address of the Party Committee and People of Hung Yen Province"; activities "When drinking water remember its source", "return moral favors and reciprocate goodness", visiting, encouraging and giving gifts to policy families, people with meritorious services to the revolution; embellishing and repairing memorial sites, martyrs cemeteries…

Discussing at the conference, the delegates basically agreed with the contents and tasks set out in the plan to celebrate the the 190th anniversary of foundation of the province, the 80th anniversary of the foundation of the Provincial Party Committee and the 25th anniversary of the provincial re-establishment; commenting on some works about the preparation for the celebration, propaganda activities towards the ceremony, the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic, etc. At the same time, assigning specific tasks to each member of the Provincial Commemorative Steering Committee.  

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia emphasized:  In the coming time, on the basis of the plan and assigned tasks, branches and localities will focus on implementing activities. moving towards celebration with varied forms and rich content, ensuring efficiency, thrift, avoiding ostentatiousness and wastefulness; mobilize the participation of the political system and social resources to organize commemorative activities; carefully prepare the content and script of the program to organize the celebration flexibly, suitable to the actual situation and the province's COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control; the provincial press agencies promote propaganda, focus on highlighting the province's development achievements in recent years; the preparation of documentaries on the process of formation, construction and development of the province must be carefully prepared, elaborate and meaningful; each locality or unit chooses a specific and practical emulation movement towards the celebration; focusing on activities of gratitude to people with meritorious services, policy families, ensuring social security...
