Department of Science and Technology has held a conference to deploy the task of "Building, transforming and applying the quality management system according to national standard ISO 9001: 2015 into operation at agencies and organizations under provincial administrative system in 2020 ”.

According to the report on the results of the implementation of the Prime Minister's Decision No.19/QD-TTg dated March 5, 2014 on the application of quality management system according to national standard TCVN ISO 9001: 2008 into operation of agencies and organizations under the state administrative system, up to now, 104 units in the province have announced to build and apply the quality management system according to ISO 9001:  2008 and ISO 9001:  2015 standards. 

With the purpose of building and converting the quality management system from ISO 9001: 2008 standard to ISO 9001: 2015 standard, on October 4, 2019, the provincial People's Committee approved the construction and conversion plan of the quality management system according to national standards TCVN ISO 9001: 2015 to apply into agencies and organizations under the provincial state administrative system in the period of 2020-2021. 

Accordingly, the subjects to be applied are departments, boards and branches under the provincial People's Committee; People's Committees of districts, cities, towns and specialized agencies under the provincial departments and branches; People's Committees of communes and towns in the area. 

The scope of application is 100% of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of departments, branches, the provincial People's Committees; the People's Committees of districts, cities, towns and specialized agencies under the provincial departments and branches. Implementation time is from  Jan 1, 2020 to Dec.31, 2021.  100% administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of State administrative agencies are implemented according to ISO process.  A quality management system will be built by 2020 according to national standards ISO 9001: 2015 in 60 communes, wards and towns and 5 provincial level units, branches and departments; the conversion will be made from ISO 9001: 2008 to national standards TCVN ISO 9001: 2015 at 36 agencies and departments in districts and subordinate levels of departments...
