On November 9, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2566/QD-UBND on approving and announcing the satisfaction index of people and organizations to the service of provincial departments, branches and People's Committees of districts, town and city in 2021 (Sipas index in 2021).

Accordingly, the Department of Science and Technology has the highest Sipas index in 2021 at 99.4 point; Department of Education and Training reached 99.2 point; The Department of Home Affairs reached 98.07 point and the lowest is the Department of Construction with 89.45 point. At the district level, Tien Lu district scored the highest point 98.81; Khoai Chau district reached 97.94 point and the lowest was Van Giang district reached at 92.02 point. 

The Sipas Index in 2021 is evaluated based on component indexes such as: Organization of administrative procedures; civil servants handle administrative procedures, results of settlement of administrative procedures and receive and handle complaints and petitions related to administrative procedures. 

Based on the Sipas index in 2021, the Provincial People's Committee requested that the heads of provincial departments, branches and People's Committees of districts, town and city should be thoroughly grasped, learn from experience, and propose solutions to improve the efficiency of administrative procedures, service quality; and improve the Sipas index of departments and districts level in the coming years.
