From August 18, Hưng Yên has re-established 13 checkpoints at inter-provincial traffic routes to control means of transporting people to the province, especially from epidemic localities; organize temperature measurement, spray disinfectants, require to wear masks, declare and record information of all people and means from epidemic areas into the province; detect and coordinate with functional forces in strictly handling acts of violating regulations on prevention and fighting against epidemics and cases of illegal entry in accordance with law.

There are 13 checkpoints as follows:

1. On road 378: At Xuân Quan commune, Văn Giang district to Đa Tốn, Gia Lâm district, Hanoi city.

2. On road 379B: At Cửu Cao commune, Văn Giang district to Kiêu Kỵ, Gia Lâm district, Hanoi city.

3. On road 379 Ecopark: At Xuân Quan commune to Đa Tốn, Gia Lâm district, Hanoi city.

4. On road 380: At the connection point from Đại Đồng commune, Văn Lâm district to Bắc Ninh province.

5. On National road 39: At Pho Noi intersection intersects with National road 5.

6. On the connection road between Hà Nội - Hải Phòng highway and Cầu Giẽ - Ninh Bình Highway: At the intersection point of Lý Thường Kiệt, Yên Mỹ district.

7. On National road 38: At Phù Ủng commune, Ân Thi district to Hải Dương province.

8. On road 386: At Từ Ô bridge, Đa Lộc commune, Ân Thi district to Hải Dương province.

9. On National road 38B: At Cầu Trang bridge, Phù Cừ district to Hải Dương province.

10. On road 386: At La Tiến Bridge end.

11. On National road 39A: At Triều Dương Bridge end.

12. On the connection road between Hà Nội - Hải Phòng highway and Cầu Giẽ - Ninh Bình Highway: At Hưng Hà bridge.

13. On National road 38: At Yên Lệnh Bridge end to Hà Nam province.
