Announce the Decision of appointment of the Director and Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Security
On April 28, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint Colonel Pham Dang Khoa to the Director of Hung Yen Provincial Public Security and Lieutenant colonel Nguyen Thanh Son to the Deputy Director of Hung Yen Provincial Public Security.

The announcing ceremony saw the attendance of Mr. Do Tien Sy, Member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, Head of the Provincial Delegation of the National Assembly; Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Member of Central Standing Party Committee of Public Security, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, members of the Provincial Standing Party Committee.
At the ceremony, under the authorization of the Minister of Public Security, Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang handed over the Decision to appoint Colonel Pham Dang Khoa, Deputy Director of Hung Yen Provincial Public Security to the post of Director of Hung Yen Provincial Public Security; appoint Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Son, Head of Public Security of Van Giang district to the of Deputy Director of Hung Yen Provincial Public Security. Also at the ceremony, the Ministry’s Department of Personnel Organization announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on the leave of absence until the time of enjoying retirement regime to Colonel Do Dinh Hao, Director of Hung Yen Provincial Public Security.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Do Tien Sy, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee congratulated and proposed that Mr. Pham Dang Khoa and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son continue to develop their abilities, strengthen solidarity in the Party Committee, direct the provincial Public Security to well assist Party committees and local authorities to ensure national security and social order and safety in the province; at the same time, coordinate with all levels, branches and armed forces of the province to mobilize the combined strength of the entire political system and power of all people in order to ensure the security in the province.
At the ceremony, Colonel Pham Dang Khoa thanked the Central Public Security Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council and the People's Committee of Hung Yen province for their trust. He promised, with the new position, he continues to make efforts to study, enrich professional knowledge, build internal solidarity, and always follow the direction of the Ministry of Public Security and the province to well implement assigned tasks.
