On July 1, at the headquarter of the provincial people's council and people's committee, the provincial leaders worked with the representatives of TAM fund and Sakae Vietnam group joint stock company to listen to the report of research , survey, and investment promotion in the province.  The meeting saw the attendance of: Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee. Mr. Dang Ngoc Quynh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Hung Nam, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The whole working session

At the working session, the representative of TAM fund, Sakae Vietnam group joint stock company and Japanese specialists presented the general evaluation report planning of Hung Yen province for the 2021-2030 period, with the orientation towards 2050; the ideas of planning design of the project chain in Hung Yen province; the project of the center of human resource training linked with the housing for trainees and specialist.  Accordingly, the general planning of Hung Yen province based on 3 principles, 5 orientations and 24 strategies.  In which, the orientation of public traffic development is divided into 3 periods: Period 1:  Build the major axis of the center; boost the approach ability in Hung Yen province and Hanoi city, Hai Phong city, develop education in the South; expand the industrial park to the North. Period 2: Enhance the major axis of the center; build the Eastern axis; expand the development of the industrial parks on the South-East area and encroach land to the West. Period 3: Develop the West axis and West-east axis route; expand the population area to the West; connect industries along the East axis; beef up culture, education and tourism in the South. 

Speaking at the working session, Chairman of the provincial people's committee Tran Quoc Van highly evaluated the general report of the provincial planning of Japanese specialists.  Feedbacks and recommended orientations are presented coherent, clear, logical and suitable for the general orientations of the province. Mr. Van requested the consulting units of the provincial general planning to receive the evaluation paper to adjust, amend, rectify the planning, and notice such areas as  Pho Hien university area, provincial administration area, golf site projects… Regarding the idea of planning design of the project chain of Hung Yen province and the project of human resource training center combined with the housing for trainees and specialists, Mr. Van directed that the location and scale of the projects should be adjusted in order to fit the conditions of nature and socio-economy of the province, save the land fund and create the link among chains of the project.  The Chairman assigned the departments and sectors to do research and give feedbacks to consult the province on the suitable solution to receive investments.
