On July 11, at the Headquarter of the Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, had a working session with Mr. Uladzimir Baravikou, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in Viet Nam. The meeting saw the attendance of Mr. Le Xuan Tien, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Mrs. Tran Thi Tuyet Huong, Deputy Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council.

At the working session, Mr. Uladzimir Baravikou, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Vietnam, thanked the province for creating favorable conditions for Belarusian businesses to operate in the past time. The Ambassador announced some important contents in the event celebrating the 30th founding anniversary of the diplomatic relation between Vietnam and Belarus (January 24, 1992 - January 24, 2022), at the same time wishing that during the event, the province would conduct practical activities to advertise the image and people of Belarus to people in the province. Based on the two countries' relationship, he hoped Belarus and Hung Yen province would continue strengthening the cooperation relationship in various fields.

Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council,  highly appreciated the cooperation between Hung Yen province and the Republic of Belarus over the past. He said that the province always creates favorable conditions for Belarusian businesses to operate in the area; at the same time, he hopes that in the near future, Belarusian companies will continue to invest in the province. For the event to celebrate the 30th founding anniversary of the diplomatic relation between Vietnam and Belarus, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan expressed his pleasure at the cooperation results between the two countries during the past time. Hung Yen Province will make efforts to carry out activities to contribute to strengthening the cooperative relationship between the two countries. He hoped that the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Vietnam would support the province in carrying out activities to advertise this important event in the province. At the same time, he believes that in the coming time, the cooperative relationship between Hung Yen province and the Republic of Belarus will be even tighter through exchange and cooperation activities.

* On the same day, at the headquarters of the Provincial People's Council and Committee, Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC), received and worked with Mr. Uladzimir Baravikou, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in Viet Nam. The working session saw Mr. Dang Ngoc Quynh, Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Standing Deputy Chairman of the PPC; Deputy Chairmen of the PPC: Nguyen Duy Hung, Nguyen Hung Nam.

Mr. Uladzimir Baravikou thanked the province for creating favorable conditions for Belarusian businesses to operate in the past time. Based on the close cooperation relationship between Vietnam and the Republic of Belarus, the Ambassador hoped that the province would continue to create favorable conditions for Belarusian businesses to operate and invest in the area. The Ambassador said that in the series of activities to celebrate the 30th founding anniversary of the diplomatic relation between Vietnam and Belarus (January 24, 1992 - January 24, 2022), a signing event of the Memorandum of Understanding on economic and trade cooperation between Minsk city and Hung Yen province will be held. He hoped that the province would promote the advertising of information and image of the event to people in the province. 

Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the PPC Tran Quoc Van expressed his pleasure to welcome the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus in Vietnam and the delegation while affirming the good relationship between Hung Yen province and the Republic of Belarus in recent years. The Chairman of the PPC confirmed that the province not only has many potentials and advantages in attracting investment in terms of geographical location, traffic, labor, planning, mechanisms, and policies... but also always creates a favorable mechanism for investors in the area. 

The provincial leaders have directed departments, branches, and localities to synchronously conduct solutions to speed up the implementation progress for the Republic of Belarus's projects in Hung Yen, such as MAZ - ASIA automobile manufacturing and assembly factory; the producing and processing of agricultural products and food factory in Chinh Nghia commune (Kim Dong district). For the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between Hung Yen province and Minsk city, the Chairman of the PPC assigned departments and branches to advise on the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding on the economic and trade cooperation and prepare the conditions for the signing ceremony to take place successfully. Mr. Tran Quoc Van hoped that in the coming time, the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Vietnam and the Ambassador would work as the bridge to promote the cooperation relationship between Hung Yen province and the Republic of Belarus in all fields.
