On June 18, at the headquarter of the Provincial People's Committee and People's Council held a meeting to discuss the plan to organize the cultural exchange program Hung Yen - Belarus (below called the program).  Mr. Dang Ngoc Quynh, Member of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired meeting.
 

According to the plan, the program is expected to take place on June 21 at the Provincial Conferrence Center (Hung Yen City).  The Belarusian children's music and dance group "Rovesnik" shall perform many special items such as:  National dances; performance of national musical instruments. Along with that, the program shall also have performances of songs, dances, music of teenagers and children in Hung Yen province. 

At the meeting, representatives of relevant departments and agencies reported the progress of preparing the program, including:  the reception plan; draft the program content, art performances of the provincial teenagers and children; ensuring security and order and traffic safety; propaganda about the program ...

In conclusion, Mr. Dang Ngoc Quynh requested relevant units, departments and branches and People's Committee of Hung Yen City to focus and urgently perform the tasks assigned; carefully prepare the necessary conditions for the program to succeed...
