In order to join hands in implementing the Project on development of reading culture in the community for the period of 2011-2020, with a vision to 2030, the Provincial Youth Union has built 6 green libraries at secondary schools in the districts of  Khoai Chau, Tien Lu, Van Lam, Van Giang, My Hao town and Hung Yen city with a total cost over VND 1 billion.  The above funding is mobilized from the contributions of union members, youth in the province and the source of socialization from donors.  The works were completed and put into use shall actively contribute to the reading culture of union members and members in the schools.
