100% of the administrative state agencies in Hung Yen province applied the digital signature.

The Department of Information and Communications has cooperated with the Government Cipher Committee to accelerate the dissemination and guidance on issuance and use of digital signatures to administrative agencies in the province.  Up till now, the digital signatures have been issued to 100% of the state agencies from the provincial to commune level and 775 digital signatures have been issued to civil servants of state agencies in the province.
